Incomplete Workouts

Preview and Navigation

  • Preview Mode: For any scheduled workout that hasn't started yet, the "Preview" function is available. This allows you to view the full exercise list, number of sets, and target weights without officially starting the session. Create workout
  • "Next Workout" Block: This information widget displays your next upcoming incomplete workout. Clicking this block automatically focuses the calendar on the corresponding date. Create workout
  • Visual Focus: The selected date is highlighted with a pulsing animation to make it easier to locate within the calendar grid.

Session Limits

The system enforces a logical limit on active processes:

Important: You cannot start a new workout if another training session is already active and unfinished. To begin a new session, you must first complete or cancel your current active workout.
